Jet stores incompetent

I joined debt review in 2011. my arrears on my jet stores account was 2, 643.00. I have been paying faithfully up till now. i requested my balances from my debt review and they said jet stores gave them a balance of R2176.00. i disputed this and they said they will ask jet what my correct balance is. i am still waiting as they said jet stores still has not replied to them. is there anyone that can help me please with my correct balance that i still owe?
