I phoned the store today at 14:31 and asked for a price on the Jacobs Kroning coffee, after holding on for 5 min for them to find out what the item is that i am looking for they transferred me to Fatima that ones again i had to explain to what i am looking for then asked me to phone THEM BACK after 5 min so that they can go and look for a price?
I understand that they do not know all the items or the prices of the items but surely they could have taken my number and phoned me back?
