My cellfone is on a buyback at cash converters parow, I was out of town so I called the store asking for their banking details to deposit the money in their account to avoid loosing my fone. To my surprise they didn't have banking details, I called the store about 30 times this week to speak to a manger who was going to call me back and never did. I emaied head office to complain and nobody there got back to me either. Now on monday I must pay R1700 to get my cellfone back which originaly would have cost me R789 a week earlier if I was in cpt. This is daylight from cash converters and head office seams to just support this as they don't even respond. Is this legal in the NCR?
