I am being harassed!!

Yes I know I am in debt with Edgars - and YES I want them out of my life

I have explained to them on NUMEROUS occasions that I have been in a vehicle accident and due to my injuries I am not working. I am undergoing treatment for my injuries and am awaiting surgery. Since I was not employed during the time of the accident I have no claim against UIF either!
THey do not understand this and insist that I pay.

Now for the past two days I have received 9 calls daily. All missed calls as I can NOT answer my phone due to circumstances. They do NOT leave any voice messages but just continue their missed calls. It is not even 1pm yet and I have already received that amount of calls.

Since there is a law stipulating that 3 calls per week is allowed but anything more is harassment... does this not qualify as harassment too?

And before you wonder Edgars - This is a family member reacting on her frustration!
I googled the telephone number since she was going off her mind with all the calls
