Branch closes & suddently my acc is in arreas!

Been paying my moms acc for the past year out of nowhere the Lenasia branch closed down & a month later after that they have been calling my mom that her acc is in arrears.what i dont understand is we kept making payments as Bradlows cause she was told she could, i dont know if the amount paid there hasnt been allocated to her acc or what. Still to date they tell her she has an outstanding amount of R1400.Really not impressed and frustrated that their accounts are not up to date. I just tried calling head office on 011 408 0714 to no avail!
