WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Bought a new Defy tumble dryer, lasted two weeks until it started making a horrible noise. I phoned them and they told me to bring it to the store as they dont collect in Albertinia. I took it to them and it stayed there for two weeks without them notifying me whether it has been repaired or not (after telling me it would be repaired and delivered by weekend). I then phoned them and they told me it has been "repaired" I then had to go collect it myself AGAIN. When I started the machine again it had the EXACT same problem. I would not recommend anyone to buy any electrical appliance at this store.
