Service Is Appalling!!!

In Nutshell, I purchased a lounge suite together with a TV unit on the 10th of June. was told it can take up to 7 days delivery. After MANY phone calls to the Store and customer services, I received NO feedback as to when the stock will be arriving!! I am still awaiting delivery and it has been a MONTH already!!! They have now assured me that the stock will be arriving next week Tuesday the 16th of July and that I can expect delivery by the end of that week. Seeing is believing at this stage, and as far as I'm concerned quite appalling...!!!
Through the whole ordeal, the service level has been pathetic as they do not strive in keeping the customer up to date and informed at all, even if there are delays which are understandable. One thing I cant get my head around, is that if you are having a Sale and have printed out leaflets for certain items, HOW on earth can you NOT have stock in the warehouse!!!
The frustration...
