Paid account but still receiving call

On the 25 of june i paid my account at festival mall they called i told the consulted that i paid she said i should go to the nearest store and query i went to tembisa plaza i spoke to 1 of the staff by the name of jere... the name tag was not clear she was not helping me but busy talking to the ada consulted i asked to speak to the mananger she said the mananger is busy with the money i called the number on the recipt bt still they could not help if their system were having problems i thing i was suppose to recieve the call really disapointed im thinking of closing the account
