About so called delivery period of 7days

Beares sold a machine, fridge & stove to me on sunday 19th may, now when its time to deliver I'm hearing different stories about when is delivery and what is to be delivered. I would like all three items I bought to be delivered within the 7 day period as promised and do not want any piecemeal deliveries like they are offering. Every time I call beares I get a different story of what is being delivered and when. Can I please have all three items delivered within the 7day period promised or the sale cancelled!
