BAD after sales service

We handed in our one couches cushion cover as the cover tore open on the one corner, on Monday 24 June 2013. They said it will be done by the next Monday. Today is Wednesday 10 July and we still haven't received it back. We phoned them today and they just don't care and said that the factory haven't finished it yet and we will only be able to get it next week (Thus 3 weeks after we handed it in). The person at the store was very unhelpful and couldn't care less. And really 3 weeks to repair a small corner that burst open??? BAD service if you take in account the price you pay for the product in the first place!!!
