Incorrect information given to customers

I purchased a laptop about a week ago from menlyn and when i spoke to the sales consultant, he assured me that if i get the laptop cheaper they will meet the price or refund the difference. When i called the store and spoke to one of the consultants they laughed and ignored me. I have a valid quote from a legitimate supplier. I would appreciate some feedback from management.
