I recently made a purchase order for a bed at the Carlton Center branch. To my surprise the delivery team only brought the headboards, the side features and the leather polish.

I would like to cancel the order on the bases that:
o When myself and my girlfriend came to view the bed, we were under the impression that the base set would be included in the package as seen at the shop display.
o In a legal sense, we don't think that we should be held responsible for the poor labeling of products in the shop. There was no pricing tag on the headboard itself hence we thought the headboards would include the bed. As seen in the shop, the price tag was placed only on the bed set itself and no emphasis was made or written on the price tag to say that the product did not include the bed set.

Had we known that this was the case, we would have bought the bed cash or go to another shop to purchase the additional features. May I ask that you kindly treat this matter with urgency as the delivered products will not be opened and we may have to courier them back to the supplier's address with the unsatisfactory letter attached to it. I will therefore contact my bank to refuse any debit from shop.
