Mis-calculation

I bought the blinds in April and paid 50% deposit as required. i was sent an invoice for the balance on the day of fitting. after 2 months i received sms that I owe the R180 as they made a "mistake" in calucating the balance. i agreed to pay them on the 15th July but almost every 3rd day I receive sms that my account will be handed over.
