Giving cust incorrect information and mislead me

Dear sir/madam I am extremely disappointed with jet mart and the service that I've received. When I opened my account at the alberton jet mart branch I was promised that I wouod receive a R800 voucher which I was happy with during the promotion period..I went to the same store several times to fetch my voucher and Arron mentioned that they don't have any vouchers at the moment but, he will keep one for me. I recently went to the very same store and arron mentioned that jet is no longer making vouchers. I was extremely disappointed dissatisfied with the outcome. It looks like that jet store just wanted me to open an account for their sales target. I am considering closing ths account if this compliant is not resolved with satisfactory feedback hence, I will escalate this complaint to the ombudsman if its not resolved .please contact me 0847024691.i look forward to your urgent response.
