Floor supervisor and cashiers bad attitude

I was at the Secunda branch to get Computicket tickets. I waited for half an hour in the line. When I cam to the front I was told the printer is offline. Why do you not put a board up to say the printer is offline? When the lady at the back of the line asked them to put up a board, she received a response that oh ok and just continued talking to one another. The lady went to the floor supervisor and the floor supervisor laughed it off like it is a joke reporting the bad behaviour. This according to me is unacceptable.
