Returning faulty Nespresso

I purchased a Nespresso Latissima coffee machine from your Fourwyas mall branch on Saturday of this last weekend on my account. On installing the goods they were faulty. I then took them to the store on Sunday to return and get a swap out, only to be told that I need to take it to Nespresso. When i expressed my surprise I was told that this was the process. After a rather heated debate the staff swapped the unit out however they were totally ignorant of the consumers rights and had clearly been informed by management not to swap goods out. What was meant to be a simple transaction resulted in much heated conversation and a very badly informed staff member of @home making me very unhappy. This is not what I expected. Not only was the attitude bad, the staff were not correctly trained as well as being obstructive. I would suggest you see how many competitors you have because that is where I am going next.
