Just plain horrible

Just went to Kwik Spar as i normally do on a sunday. Bought food for my staff at work as this is our shift.
The lady at the hotfoods counter was very helpfull in arranging the different portions, i bought various chicken and savoury rice portions, because i was assisted across a counter i could not smell the food. When i got back to work, we discovered the savoury rice was sour. i find this to be pathetic customer service, we couldnt excatly take it back due to break times. but surley the staff behind the counter couldve noticed the sour smell and taste. We order from this Spar every week, depending on the remedial actions on this complaint
