Still waiting for my pants

Around about the 19th of June I wanted to purchase a black pair of "est" chino pants. the store did not have my size so I went to service desk to ask for it to be sent from another branch. the lady said that it will have to be shipped from a branch in the cape somewhere and would take 2 weeks tops. since its now been 3 weeks I went to the sandton branch and requested that they phone eastage to enquire about my order. They phoned easgate and to my shock, we found out that there is no record of my ordered trousers. Please could something be done about this as I'm very dissapointed thus far...
