Incompatent Manager with a bad attitude

We order as we did yesterday night a "bord kos" and we expected the same portion as we got the previous night, but to our surprise they did not have rice in stock so we got mash instead. The portion was much smaller. Upon getting to the till we asked the very helpful and friend lady Thandi what she thought if the portions where the same and she said she agreed they where not. Then came the manager we expected the same friendly service as we would get in Pretoria, much to our surprise we where wrong. He had a very bad attitude from the get go, I brought it to his attention that the portions where not the same and was shocked at his response " that's exactly how we sell it if you don't like it don't buy it" keeping in mind that there was no rice how then can it be exactly the same as always? Is this spar always out of rice? After I confirmed with him that its exactly the same a few times he got edgy as the people where looking at him and said if I want to talk further I MUST go to his office and he walked away. Pathetic service with a even worse manager. We bought the food as the food is good, but we did not expect such service from a manager at a Spar.
