Staff not willing to help clients

I don't know how many times i have complained about the service at the Northgate branch. I was in yesterday and asked about the digital cameras for prices, but staff are more interested in walking around and hanging around with the HI FI systems. So i left and wont bother in future to come back. Last week i bought a radio from Clicks after non interesting staff at Pick n Pay. I will i future shop somewhere else.
I honestly give up, staff are just not motivated to serve clients ever.
