Poor service and out of stock

I was amazed at the shocking service at mall@carnival cna on a Friday afternoon. There was only one cashier helping the whole queue and they weren't very eager to help me with my inquiry about the Nokia Lumia 520. I want the phone and it is still on special until 7 July but there was none in stock, it took about 20 minutes for the cashier to try and find out if there was any stock at any branches nearby. There was no stock available at any branches nearby, how can that be? I want to buy the phone for my dad for his birthday but looks like he will be disappointed on his birthday, I don't care about the R 100 saving from 1999 to 1899, I just want to buy the phone on the MTN network ASAP
