Pathetic service

I bought a washing machine on the 24th of June 2013 from Game Sandton. they promised to deliver the machine on the 25th of June 2013 but instead, delivered it 2 days later than the promised date and i had to change my appointments and cancel my meetings due to their lack of curtousy. when i set up the machine, i noticed that the top was not completely attached to the machine and i didn't receive a discount as i was supposed to, seeing as it was on display. the machine does not work when i switch it on. it's been 3 weeks now that i asked them to send people to come get the machine and there's always an excuse of why the drivers couldn't come. they are now witholding my money (R4200) that i'm dependent on for the month. they are making their problems mine and i had it with this store. If this problem isn't sorted out asap, i will be taking legal action against the store as i have recorded the calls made to them and also logged a complaint with the head office
