I ordered and paid for ballons for a party, last weekend for pick up . on monday, seeing the quantity of the ballons i requested to have them delivered instead at a cost to me. Julie informed me she will get the delivery guys to contact me and finalise the change of order, she requested my name, contact number and delivery address and the nature of the order. she even requested the receipt number as proof of payment, which i oblidged and submitted. with no contacts done, i followed up and Tebogo who answered the call requested i send an e-mail, sh will try and follow-up on the request and find out what is the arrangement.

two minutes after i sent the e-mail Julie responded saying they are full on saturday.i then informed her, its not a new order, its a follow-up on arrangements made. she then tells me lawrence was supposed to call me & that they needed to know where the area is, she is not sure if they deliver that far. few minutes later she tells me she has confirmed with delivery guys they dont deliver that far. in the begining she never notified me of this on monday and i feel shes making stories to get rid of the problem. worse they dont refund so im stuck with no ballons
