When are they fixing the problem

Hi,
for the past three months, Lewis Stores Piet Retief, you cant pay your account via debit card becuase the machine is not working.
it is too dangerous to walk around these days with R2600 cash to pay your account. every month its a struggle to pay the account becuase you have pay with cash. i do not walk around with cash and it cuases a inconvience to stand in a que at a atm trying to draw money.

When are they fixing the problem?
Wanda (branc Manager) promised to have this fixed in early June 2013 already, and still not done.
