Im Vuyelwa Duruwe and would like to lay a complaint for te N1 City branch in Cape Town, am coming from them now Saterday I accompanied my friend who went there to buy the dress so we were on a rush saw this lovely dress for my sister that I took dint even look at it when I got home my sister saw it was having a stain and it wasn't in a right condition so wen t back to report it and explained that I misplaced the proof of payment they said its fine as long as bring the proof of payment they will exchange it.now im coming back there lookedd for another size but couldnt find one so i wantedt my money back
they refused to give me back ma money and im not so happy about that the fact that I will be stuck with the stained dress tha I bought cos obvious whoever fitted on the dress took it back but they dint see it so I want my money back please so i left it there and teh proof of purchase to the manager candice an dshe wsa so rude to me im also working with customers bt i feel tha the services i received was bad... he is my email adress [Email Removed] i left ma cell number they have it..
