Qphoto refusing to help

I went to Qphoto Hatfiled yesterday to print my school project, they at first started my printing, and then in the middle of my printing told me that they will not finish my printing, because an more important clients things will be printed now, I had to wait for 3 hours to be helped again. when they finally got to me ignored my instructions to not scale my work.
