The worst Furniture store in the Country

The strory is so involved and long that i will give the short version. Rochester is the worst furnoture store in the country not only do they have a dont care attitude but their service is disgusting. i ordered furniture from them in October 2012. the stock was delivered in drips and drabs. Promises were made that could not be fulfilled and to date i am still waiting for one more item to be delivered which had to be sent back twice this week as it is not the right stock. it has now been 5 months and i am still waiting for things to be delivered but in meantime i am paying for things i do not have... My plea is please whtever you do, do not purchase from Rochester Stoneridge it will be the biggest mistake you make...
