No Feedback on Claim CL100032457

Morning, I had a car accident on 26 May 2013 and lodged a claim with my insurer Prime Meridian Direct on the same day. I sent through all documents they requested and my file was sent to Maria Henn. She sent me an sms on Monday 3 June 2013 to confirm that she received the file and she will call me back in 48hrs to discuss the file. I have not received a call or feedback from her ever since till today. I sent her and follow up email on 10 June 2013 and another email today and no response still! I also called and left a message for her on 13 June 2013 and still no feedback. Today her phone is forever engaged and I can't get through. I think that it is unfair for me to be doing the follow ups and still they do not bother to respond. I was told when I started communicating with them that their turnaround was 3 weeks but then we are beyond the 3 weeks since 26 May 2013. Please help me!
