Product bad quality - And evidence of lie

Well im not going to go into the whole story, just going to touch on one aspect that i think consumers should know before purchasing from Joyfurniture... i was told 3 times that my couch was being made in Italy/ Milan... One of the times by the owner Yolande and twice by a sales rep.

When i got to see the couch i was not happy with skew sticking, substandard looking leather and badly put together couch i started doing a little research...

look for the couch on joyfurnitures website listed as T139 and then compare the picture and description on this Chinese factories website... Same couch same picture... Dont believe their...

When i confronted them with this they did not deny it and offered me a refund on my deposit less 25%
