Zando
Still waiting on delivery, its been several days!!

I have placed an order on Zando last week wednesday (16 Jan 2013) There policy states 1-3 working days in main cities, I currently reside in Cape Town its has been 3 days going on to 4 and still waiting for my order. i bought from them before and there delivery times were incredible, i only waited a day yet the new year comes and their service went down the toilet. When I do call customer service they tell me that it was sent out on Friday morning, its currently Monday afternoon and still waiting!!! I cannot believe this is the service I am getting, not that I am surprised by all the complaints I have seen thus far.
