Deceiving and shocking response

I was interested in buying 3D glasses and I was meet by an offer of buying 1 box that comes with 2 Samsung 3D glasses, at R200, something that opened my pocket out wide. I bought the glasses only to be shocked when I got home, only 1 pair in the box. I visited game following day (18January2013) to enquire about the goods and my additional pair of glasses, I was told that I was misinformed and if I don't want the 1 pair I can simply Take my money

I was shocked, a big store as Game, telling a customer to just drop a product they sold without an apology for misleading and mismanaging a client. When I enquirer on the attitude, the lady (Tebogo of Samsung) just turned and left, leaving me no option to take my money and go buy the glasses elsewhere. It really shocked me, or maybe it is the culture that our well supported stores are taking...
