A pleasure

Pick n Pay @ the Falls is an absolute pleasure to shop at. I have been there twice, mid month and month end, and I left the centre beaming! The store is neat and well stocked and the staff is unbelievably friend. My last visit ended up changing my dinner plans after Simphiwe offered me to try the garlic and lemon basted steak and the older gentleman around the meat display recommended a steak which he felt would be best for my situation-all this with advice on how best to prepare the steak! I was also assisted by a staff member, who was passing by at the time, to reach the feta cheese I wanted without having to ask!!! The teller and the packer were also a wonderful pair and topped an already wonderful visit! My partner also enjoyed the experience which was surprising to me as he is always in a rush to get the grocery shopping 'over and done with'!

Both experiences have been quite refreshing as a lot of retailers have lost 'the touch' when it comes to dealing with consumers with the staff being obviously uninspired to give the basic service which is required in the retail industry!
