Pick 'n Pay
5c coins wasn't accepted to make 10c

What is the story with 5c coins? There might be less in circulation, but they are still legal tenders by the Reserve Bank of South Africa. All Pick n Pay's have to by the Consumer Protections Act and whatever other acts, to accept all legal tender banknotes and coins from customers and consumers. I do not understand, does pick n pay want my money or not? I understand a few cents is not so important, but I still needed to pay what I owe.
