This staff member (Nkosingiphile) had called the RCO and came through to me to ask me to assist with closing one of our customers accounts. To do this, I needed a reference number from RMCS to confirm that they had cancelled the airtime subscription on the account. This is standard procedure because experience teaches that sometimes when the subscription appears to be cancelled, we find that there are charges that appear on the account... This becomes difficult to reverse and it ends up agitating our customers.

So I asked for this reference number and explained explicitly explained why I needed it. She promptly told me that "anginangqondo" I.e I have no brain, and then she hung up the phone. Calling back, I told her that I did not appreciate her tone and insult, at which she repeated the insult, told me to take it up with whoever I want (as she does not care) and then hung up the phone once again.

If this is how this Nkosingiphile person treats fellow employees, I shudder to think how she treats our customers. This girl is unbelievably rude, and I would appreciate swift and effective disciplinary actions to be taken
