Bad bad telephone attitude

I called in at Eskom in Pretoria today on a number 012 421 3111. The person who was helping me was rude never mind unprofessional. Firstly, as I was introducing myself, she rudely said WHAT DO YOU WANT. Before finishing the first sentence, she put me on hold. I mentioned RD... before I could even say P, she told me to call later as everyone has went on lunch. She the screemed at me like some kind of lunatic. I asked for a reference number, and she told me she doesnt work with reference numbers and hanged up the phone!!! Is this how eskom treats it's customers??? because you are the only company that offers electricity??? this is beyond disgusting!!!
