Incredible Connection
Incredibly bad service

On the advice of an employee at the store mentioned, I bought the Kodak MF Hero 5.1 for office use, explaining that we hardly ever use a copier, but needed one. I understood that it gives the most prints per cartridge (670 black and white prints on a full cartridge). Soon I discovered that it prints about 80 b w prints per cartridge. Initially I thought I may be doing something wrong, so I again checked the settings on the copier. Two cartridges and barely 180 prints later, I returned it to the store, with original packaging. Got a phone call weeks later (end April) to say I can pick it up, the print-head has been replaced and an extra one added. It is now two full cartridges and about 170 pages later, and I returned it to the store again last week. From my experience with Incredible Connection (both branch manager and head office) and Kodak earlier this year, I feel my attempts at being heard are futile and will get me nowhere. One thing is for sure: never will I again buy anything from Incredible Connection or recommend them to anyone. Consumer protection? No, there is none for me.
