I've submitted two online queries to Edgars Club and /or Edgars regarding cancelling my membership of this Club that has yet to confer any benefits upon me. Only automated response:

I'm sorry, but NO! What is the point of an online contact form if you still want me to phone you. I don't _want_ to speak to you. The fact that I used a website gives you a pretty clear indication of my contact preferences (hint: ONLINE, NOT ON THE PHONE).
It's now 7 days since my second query, and apparently "as soon as possible" allows you quite a bit of play.
I know you don't want me to leave Edgars Club, but I have no interest in the product, and ignoring me isn't going to keep me there.
