False advertising and no product knowledge

I wanted to purchase a television from them when I had a great shock!!! This people are so incompetent..." they advertise a television and after me not having a t.v licence on me I had to go all the way home and got all the relevant documents, this was the bad customer service???...when I got back they told me they don't have stock I felt lick killing them I spoke to their manager "Patrick" so we came to an agreement to issue me with the demo tv that does not even have a stand nor would they give it to me to hang it with the mounting equipment, he offered a discount and my gosh R60.00 off a R2499.00tv I need answer and I need them ASAP or will take it further.
