Not assisting at all

I just want to find out in the case where by. My grandmother she is sick at home so she sent me to pick up some clothes for a baby who just come out from hospital using her account card and the dnt have clothes. So she gave me all her particulars like her I'd and the signed letter confirming me to buy on her account and I have my I'd as well but unfortunetely they couldn't assist me saying they no longer doing it, so what I want to know as myself I am a big customer of woolworth why is it that my grandmother is sick at home and she can't come as she is very sick
