My Grandmothers PassingHas been a difficult one and one full of regret, in my opinion your banking staff should be impartial to this all esp when dealing with a client you know nothing about. My fruitless efforts in trying to make an appointment with sue for the past two days led me to, no other option than to go into the bank, and wait to see her when she became available! finally i found Sue and she kept telling me she had been sick that is why i was unable to make contact. I came to sue as she is the one dealing with my grandmothers affairs, sue was helpful in the beginning but then became very arrogant asking why we had not been to see our grandmother and why we wanted anything to do with the affairs now to which i asked her why she was all of a sudden judging me when she had no insight into any of our family history. she then proceeded to tell me she was sick and i should not demand any more information off her when all i wanted was to know what i could do to help close off all affairs and statements so i could pay the debt for my grandmother. i find it very unprofessional that this women would attack me in such a manner when she knows nothing about my circumstances!
