Change your company policy - Top Mop

Firstly my apologies to your call center agent Novico, I lost it with her over the phone after she told me the 3rd time with attitude "BIT I HAVE EXPLAINED IT TO YOU" when I was addressing new questions as to why Home mark takes two weeks to replace my top mop head which has clearly broken due to a weak plastic design.

You send the mop in, they assess the damages which the store has already determined as non repairable, you send the new mop back to store for me to collect (2 weeks later), in the meantime I will be mopping my house on hands and knees while you take your time to replace a "obviously non repairable mop" (unless you are going to plastic weld it), Come On!!! this is not a electrical item that needs to be assessed for damages, the freaking plastic has torn loose, give me a new mop from a box in the store and then the store can wait 2 weeks for their replacement unit, dont make me pay for something which you sold me knowing its not going to last and have me wait two weeks because of "company policy" or better yet, call the factory and let them deliver my part to the store and I will fit it myself then I might only have to wait a week.

Pls also train your staff better!
