On Sunday my friend and I went to Woolies at Cresta looking for a Onezee. We bumped into Nelly on the floor asking her if there was any left and she told us there was no stock and it was sold out. We then asked her if she can perhaps assist us to see which branch do have stock. She went with us to customer services and she patiently checked the stock, phoned all the branches. In the end we were not able to find one but the whole time she was patient, helpful, did not loose her cool or not bother to drop us wondering. When we left we knew that there was nothing nowhere. Thank you so much and we just want to say we did take note of your superb service and we really appreciated it more than you will know. Blessings
