ADIDAS LOVES TO LIE!!!

So at the end of March 2013, I went to collect my Two Oceans t-shirt before the race and was informed they ordered to few mediums and larges. Attached on my package, Adidas wrote a letter that stated I would be receiving the t-shirt early of May. I contacted them the first week and was promised that I would receive the t-shirt by the end of the week. IT NEVER CAME!!! I called them again the following week and was told that I would receive it the NEXT WEEK DUE TO DELAYS!!! IT DIDN'T COME!!! I call today and was informed that I can't get my t-shirt until all physical addresses are confirmed. HOW LONG WILL THAT TAKE CONSIDERING THAT OVER 16 000 PEOPLE RAN THE RACE!!! I am beyond furious, because those t-shirts cost nearly R300.00 and the amount of airtime I have wasted to follow up as well as their empty promises. It is nearly the end of the month and all they can say is SORRY!!! I am told that I will receive it this week, HAHA we will see about that. These people are unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. If you can't handle big orders then you shouldn't even be in this industry.
