I would like to express my gratitude for exceptional service from Mtunzi from the Sandton City YDE branch. I purchased a jacket from the Rosbank branch which he arrange as they had the size in stock, 2 days later the gift was returned as it was too big, i called him and he found the correct size and arranged everything with Nelly at the Melrose Arch store, despite Melrose arch messing up the entire transaction. In all my anger and frustrations Mtunzi kept calm, listened to me attentively and dealt with me in an extremely professional manner. He kept me up to date and called me ensuring me that the jacket will be ready for me when i get to the store. He surely has the ability to be in a more senior position, He is truly an asset to the company. I will always shop at that store. Thank Mtunzi for all your help, your service was truly mind blowing.
