Extremely Poor Customer Service

Bought a top from Truworths, but on the day I wore it, noticed a hole. whilst wearing this item, I took it back to the shop to exchange. They did not have my size but located another one in Sandton. I asked if they could send it over to Melrose Arch, which they said would take 5 days, which was not a problem UNTIL they discovered I did not have an account. Apparently customer service only applies to account holders!! REALLY?? Their call centre confirmed this was their policy - ARE THEY SERIOUS!!!
