Incredible Connection
Bad Service

We recently purchased HP combo from Incredible Connection. We have been experiencing endless problems with the Printer and Laptop. We have taken it in 3 times for repairs. The manager is not very helpful, when we purchase the combo everyone wants to assist but when we required assistance with the issues that we having nobody is prepared to assist. they do not understand Customer service at all. No use taking on new clients when you treat your existing clients like.
