Providing False Information to get a Sale

About 6 months ago I went to West Gate Mall to Purchase myself a New TV.
At Electrical Express in West Gate I asked the Sales Person that I was looking to buy a Television that I would be able to Watch Movies and Video Via a USB or External Hardrive. The Sales Person then went to call the Manager who I believe was called Terrance. He came to me and Showed me this LG LCD Tv. Told me its state of the art it can play Movies in any Video File Format. Believing the Gentleman I decide to Buy the said Tv he showed me at a Cost of About R6000. I was moving at the Time so I was saving from removing Tv from the packaging, when i was eventually done with my move i unpacked the Tv wanting to watch movies via the USB. Only to find that I was to by the Manager. I phoned back asking to speak to the manager but kept getting sent of wild goose chases. Now the manager doesn't work there any more and The Tv is Paid off. I'm sitting with a Tv that i don't want and cant do anything about cuz no1 wants to take my call at the store. This is shocking service and . by right this TV is under warranty and I want my money back.
