I never thought Woolies would

Of all stores in the country, I never thought that I would be writing a complaint about Woolies. What a nightmare it has been trying to get to clear a matter of a payment that I made to them that is not reflecting on their side.
I wish they were a company that responded so that I could assist them with their customer management and support. It is so much easier for them to take our money and to sell us things and make money from that, but when problems arise they are very far, not concerned and just plain useless!!!

Utter disappointment!!! Shame on you Woolies!!!
