Is this P'nP for their customers, I doubt it

This is the closest Pick 'n Pay from my work and most people go there as a office park opened a year ago across the road, but the service at this P'n P has not improved but worsened. I thought it is just some days but NO IT IS LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME. Peak times especially at the end of the month they only have 2-3 tills open and there are LONG queues, there is also no speedy service as this can take up to several minutes (15min) to just pay for a drink and a pie. They know mornings are also rush hour but there's no rush! The smoke kiosk is no option either as this is sometimes slower than the queues. The assistants are not friendly nor helpful. This is unacceptable as I am a P'n P customer who loves shopping at P'n P but this P'n P Southdowns are the worst EVER! At the Deli I buy samosas the assistant assures me this is potato as I am a vegetarian then the label says Mutton samosas and then it is Chicken, - REALLY? how can they not know their products and sell people the wrong thing, if I was allergic there would be severe consequences!!! This is not the first time the assistants don't know the codes or takes their time to assist customers and products are over cooked.
