Really bad service from Edgars in Germiston, I bought a dress in Dec and the first I wore I saw that the lace inside was torn, I then sent an email to them immediately they responded and gave me a reference to return to dress to the store. Upon returning the dress, I was refunded but I had hoped I would be given an option to get another dress as there was the 50% sale when I bought sale. I then replied on the sent to me with the reference number, I have been waiting for a response and have not received same since then from the 25 Jan the initail email was responded to within two days.
